Trying to find a mathematical function f(xt), where
x=the amount of commentary I provide on a student paper, in words
t=the amount of preparation I perform for each class period, in hours
and y=the amount of learning that is accomplished by the student.
The function is undefined for all values of x and t not equal to 0. f(0,0)=0 if we assume the student is a blank slate.
