The forum is meant to be a Q&A for all faculty, tenured and non-tenured, who have questions about anything and everything related to working at HWC and working for CCC. Mid-terms are right around the corner. I’m thinkin’ ’bout our new faculty members and some of the questions they might have right about now. Heck, some seasoned faculty might be wonderin’ ’bout the same questions. For example:
What’s an ADW? Can I give a student an ADW? How do I know?
What is the difference between a mid-term grade and a final grade? Is the mid-term grade that important?
Can I submit mid-term grades electronically? WHY NOT?

What are the criteria for giving a student an ADW?
And, what is the deadline for midterm grades?
