MLK misquoted?

You probably saw this article from one news source or another. This version is title Interior Secretary to Address Controversial MLK Jr. Memorial Quote.

Take a read. It’s quick. Then tell me what you think. IMHO, these are no longer his words. There should be an asterisk (one of these * thingys) ’cause it ain’t quoted WORD FOR WORD. True or false English peeps?
