Thanks to Dave for publishing all this. Neither to say that Franklin came from El Sistema and co-founded the first Simon Bolivar orchestra back in the mid 70s. We both worked for that several years before moving to the US. It is amazing to seea how much it’s been accomplished in over 30 years working with kids from all ages.
I knew there was a story and connection but I was not confident that I had it right, so I thought it would be better to show restraint rather than guess.
